Abstract
A 69-year-old woman was seen at the clinic because of burning during urination repeatedly over about one year. Cystoscopic examination showed a small cystic mass on the dome of the bladder and biopsy revealed atypical cells. Partial cystectomy with resection of the umbilical urachus was caried out. Histopathological diagnosis was urachal small cyst complicated with a cancer on the wall.
