摘要
We report the case of a 37-year-old woman who had uneventful laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) in both eyes. A combination of gatifloxacin 0.3% and prednisolone acetate 1.0% suspension was instilled at the end of the procedure. Twenty-four hours postoperatively, the left eye was tearing and hyperemic; both flaps were well centered. White precipitates were seen under the flap and were attributed to the eyedrop suspension. The flap was relifted and the white deposits were removed without complications.
