Pyroelectric Behavior And Thermally Stimulated Processes In Niobium Modified Lead Zirconate Titanate Ferroelectric Ceramics

The thermally stimulated processes in niobium modified lead zirconate titanate ferroelectric system are analyzed from the thermally stimulated depolarization current. Different theoretical models are considered to evaluate the i-T experimental data. The results are associated with the space charge, the pyroelectric response, and the electrical conduction mechanism related to the oxygen vacancies.
