Abstract
Candida albicans is the major cause of candidiasis. Better patient compliance and therapeutic efficacy can be achieved by utilizing herbal antifungal agent curcumin which is 2.5-fold more potent than fluconazole at inhibiting the adhesion of C. albicans.
