The effect of qian lie kang tai formula on the rat prostate tissue TNF-α and IL-1β of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis

Objective: To research the effect and mechanism of qian lie kang tai formula. Methods: 25% xiao zhi ling 0.2 ml was injected the side of rat prostate to establish the chronic non-bacterial prostatitis animal model. After the treatment of qian lie kang tai formula for 35 days, the pathological changes in the rat prostate tissue was observed and the levels of rat prostate tissue TNF-α and IL-1β were detected. Resuluts: The pathological changes of prostate tissue were improved by qian lie kang tai formula, and the levels of rat prostate tissue TNF-α and IL-1β were reduced. Conclusion: There is obvious therapeutic effect for chronic non-bacterial prostatitis by qian lie kang tai formula. Reducing the level of cytokines TNF-α and IL-1β may be the mechanism of qian lie kang tai formula.
