角膜结膜化学烧伤的非手术治疗

Abstract
目的探讨非手术治疗在角膜结膜化学烧伤中的价值.方法回顾性分析26例(35眼)角膜结膜化学烧伤非手术治疗的情况.结果Ⅰ度(11眼)、Ⅱ度(12眼)烧伤全部治愈,角膜透明;Ⅲ度烧伤(8眼)全部治愈,其中3眼留有角膜云翳、2眼留有角膜白斑;以上患者视力均得到提高.Ⅳ度(4眼)烧伤中仅1眼治愈且遗留血管性角膜白斑、睑球粘连.结论非手术治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅱ度角膜结膜化学烧伤具有较好的疗效.
