Effect of different sintering conduction on Y-123 superconductors materials made by sol-gel method

Superconductors powder of YBa2Cu3O7-δ and YB2Cu3F0.6O7-δ have been synthesized by a sol-gel method, which have appeared different superconductors transition temperature in different sintering conditions. The best sintering condition has been drawn: Y-123 980°C/6h, F-doping Y-123 980°C/6h and pipe store 900°C/24h. The sample's structure was also analyzed.
