Abstract
急性白血病(acute leukemia,AL )是累及造血干细胞的造血系统恶性肿瘤.自然病程仅数月,预后极差[1].化疗使患者的无病生存期明显延长,肺部损伤是治疗过程中的主要并发症,也是延误治疗和导致死亡的主要原因.本文对2007年1月-2007年12月我院97例急性白血病治疗相关肺损伤病例进行回顾性分析,报道如下.
