Abstract
0 引言随着宫颈癌发病率的逐年上升,传统宫颈细胞学涂片检查已满足不了临床诊断的需要,液基细胞学(liquid-based cytology technology, LCT)的应用不仅大大提高了对宫颈癌前病变的诊断的准确性,而且对检查阳性病例配合人乳头瘤病毒HPV-DNA检测、阴道镜下活组织病理检查,使患者得到了早期诊断与治疗,能有效降低宫颈癌的发生率.
