Physiopathology of thrombosis induced by antiphospholipid antibodies
Clinical Reviews in Allergy & Immunology(1995)
Abstract
Conclusion Debate over the responsibility of APLA in thrombotic disorders is still controversial. No study has demonstrated that these
antibodies are causative. Therefore, further prospective clinical studies and characterization of APLA may provide insight
into the pathogenesis of thrombotic events, and the management of patients presenting with this disorder.
