摘要

The identification of biomarkers signaling atherothrombosis in heart transplantation is essential to implement therapies for disease prevention. We developed and validated a novel Thrombosis/Activation (TA) score to quantify the risk relationship of thrombosis and arterial endothelial activation with: (1) onset of atherothrombosis (Cardiac Allograft Vasculopathy, CAV), (2) onset of severe CAV, (3) graft failure, and (4) failure due to severe CAV.
