EFFECTS OF HALOTHANE ANESTHESIA ON SLOW VARIABILITY (SV) OF CEREBRAL BLOOD FLOW VELOCITIES (CBFV). ??? 1288:
Pediatric Research(1996)
摘要
BACKGROUND & AIM: Halothane anesthesia causes cerebrovascular dilatation resulting in an increase of cerebral blood flow and in failure of cerebrovascular autoregulation. The latter is also a consequence of acute cerebrovascular events. In such patients an associated loss of physiologic SV of CBVF is observed. As the initiating mechanisms of SV are unknown, we investigated SV in infants during halothane anesthesia which represents an examplary state of cerebrovascular dilatation.
