摘要
Objective To investigate the biocompatibility of small intestinal submucosa and the feasibility of using SIS as pulp capping agent. Methods SIS was prepared by the Abraham's way.Human dental pulp cells (HDPCs) was co-cultured and induced mineralization with SIS in vitro. The growth of HDPCs was investigated by dyeing and SEM. The level of alkaline phosphatase of HDPCs in co-culture with SIS and HDPCs which was cultured without SIS,was measured on the 7th day,14th day and 21st day. Results HDPCs was growing well on the SIS,and setting out crystal. The level of alkaline phosphatase of HDPCs in co-culture was higher than that of the control group on the 7th day,14th day and 21st day. The difference was significant.Conculusions The biocompatibility of SIS,prepared by Abraham way,was nice.It was able to accelerate the mineralization of HDPCs in vitro. The using of SIS as pulp capping agent was feasible.
