Abstract
目的 调查临床实习护生的职业认同现状,并分析其影响因素.方法 采用实习护生一般资料调查表和职业认同感问卷对98名实习护生进行调查.结果 实习护生职业认同感得分为23～34(28.45±5.44)分.职业认同感的影响因素为报考志愿.结论 不同特征的实习护生职业认同感不同,护理管理者应根据实习护生的自身特点对其进行针对性的职业引导.
