Aims: Listing for heart transplantation (HTx) in patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDCM) and serological evidence of agonistic anti-β1-adrenoceptor autoantibodies (β1-AABs) can be postponed by immunoadsorbtion (IMA). We assessed long-term efficacy and safety of IMA in IDCM patients accepted for HTx.
