Abstract
We used an atomic force microscope(AFM) to study the surface morphology of the crystallized samples of PbTiO3 from the amorphous state prepared by rapid quenching. The specific structure on the surface was detected. We discussed a possible relationship between such a structure and the 90 degrees domain structure of the crystalline PbTiO3.
