Abstract
利用高速逆流色谱技术,一次进柱过程即可从延胡索粗提物中分离到活性成分延胡索乙素。两相溶剂系统用石油醚-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水四元系统,上相为固定相,下相为流动相,转速为 850r／min,流速为1．2ml／min。通过EI-MS和1H-NMR鉴定,基本确认了其化学结构。经HPLC分析,纯度达96．4％。
