促红细胞生成素对长期血透患者细胞免疫功能的影响

Abstract
目的 观察重组人促红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)对长期血液透析患者细胞免疫功能的影响.方法 60例患者分为血透及重纽人促红细胞生成素治疗组和单纯血透治疗组,分别进行外周血树突状细胞计数、T细胞亚群测定,观察其水平的变化. 结果长期血透患者外周血树突状细胞计数及CD4/CD8比值明显低于正常组(P＜0.01),重组人促红细胞生成素治疗能提高长期血透患者外周血树突状细胞数目及CD4/CD8比值.结论 单纯血透治疗不能改善患者的细胞免疫功能,联合rHuEPO治疗能改善长期血透患者的细胞免疫功能,减少感染发生率,提高生存质量.
