Heat capacity and thermal expansion of R2Fe14B compounds (R = Y, Nd and Tm)

The electronic heat capacity, the Debye temperature and the entropy change associated with spin-reorientation are determined for the R 2 Fe 14 B compounds. An Invar-like huge volume anomaly is observed below T c independent of the sort of rare earths.
