Exploration on the inherent structure of entrepreneurial competencies of private enterprise

Measurement of entrepreneurial competence and analysis on its inherent structure is the groundwork for entrepreneurial competence study.This paper puts forward a 26-item scale measuring entrepreneurial competence,then based on a survey of 254 private manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang,studies their entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial competence.By research methods of EFA and CFA,the results show that private entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial competence contains seven dimensions: motivation for achievement,innovation and learning capability,humanity attribute,grasping-opportunity ability,disposing-thing ability,leadership and operation capability.
