Laboratory Study on Air-assisting Microbial Displacement in Karamay Oilfield

In allusion to the reservoir geologic conditions in Karamay Oilfield,the aerobic and anaerobic conditions and metabolic crude of microbials and as well as air-assisting physical simulation on oil displacement were conducted in laboratory.The result shows that under the aearobic conditions,the capacity of oil recovery microbial growing and metabolic crude property are optimal than that of aearobic condition,the ultimate recovery factor of air-assisting microbial displacement is 3.75% higher than that of unique microbial displacement,by which the effect of microbial displacement can be further improved.
