摘要
Cardiac allograft vasculopathy (CAV) is the most important limitation to long-term survival in heart transplant recipients and has been difficult to detect without invasive methods. We compared the feasibility of using noninvasive multi-detector computed tomography (CT) and whole-heart magnetic resonance (MR) coronary angiography to conventional coronary angiography for evaluating this CAV.
