A radioimmunoassay of carcinoembryonic antigen inplasma isdescribedand evaluated.The assay can be easilyperformedand implemented in a clinical laboratory. Assessed by Rodbard's statis- tical quality-control procedure, the assay is shown tobe highlysensitive, precise, and reproducible.
