摘要
An immobilized glucose oxidase (GOD) membrane has been prepared by enclosing GOD within a Millipore (MP) filter, both sides of which were coated with plasma-polymerized propargyl alcohol (PPPA). The membrane was mounted over an amperometric oxygen electrode to compose a glucose sensor that was further investigated for the intensity of electrode response and the time lag from sample addition to initiation of the response, while various factors such as the pore size of the MP filters, the thickness of the PPPA film, and the glucose concentration of sample solutions at different pH were changed. It has been revealed that the highest intensity of the response with the shortest time before initiation of the response was obtained when the MP filter having pore size 2200 Å was employed and the PPPA film was deposited with a thickness of 22,000 Å on the glossy side and 15,000 Å on the rough side. The intensity of electrode response was proportional to the glucose concentration up to 2 mM.The electrode worked best for sample solutions at approximately pH 7.0.
