<正>食管化学烧伤是由于吞服强酸强碱等化学物质导致食管损伤,食管瘢痕狭窄,影响患者进食。常以进行性咽下困难为主要症状,患儿常有消瘦,营养不良及脱水征,如不及时诊治,可引起衰竭而死亡[1]。目前治疗采用结肠代食管术重建消化道,以保证患者营养需求。结肠代食管能很好地恢复患者的吞咽功能,手术后返流发生率低。胃的生理位置没有改变,胃肠功能恢复较早,对消化及吸收功能影响较
