个人简介
I graduated as master of science in molecular biology (major: medical biology, University of Debrecen, Debrecen, Hungary, 2000). I got my doctoral degree in the field of medicine, major: pharmacology and toxicology (University of Oulu, Oulu, Finland, 2019). My research interest is preclinical drug development on cardiac fibrosis and heart failure. Closer interest is on the role of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) in cardiac fibrosis.
My model is pressure overload induced by transverse aortic constriction (TAC) in mice.
Evaluation methods I mastered: transthoracic echocardiography (Vevo 2100, Fujifilm-Visualsonics, Toronto, Canada), pressure-volume (PV) loop (intracardiac conductance electrode, Scisence) and TAC operations.
