I completed my Ph.D in Applied Cell Sciences (Cell Therapy) at Iran University of Medical Sciences,which is under the supervision of Dr. Mazaher Gholipour & Dr. Mahmoud Hashemi.
I finished my Ph.D which is about using different methods (Mechanical properties of scaffolds - In vitro and in vivo cytocompatibility of scaffolds - Cell isolation and culture - Flow Cytometry - Tissue processing - SEM - Differentiation of stem cells - Polarization of macrophages - Cytokine assay - Phagocytosis assay - NO assay- In vivo surgery - Bone regeneration - Skin regeneration). My thesis topic was "The effects of 3-dimensional decellularized human placenta scaffold on osteogenesis of mesenchymal stem cells and polarization of macrophages in vitro and in vivo". I worked on the effect of decellularized human placenta as an scaffold on osteogenic differentiation of AD-MSC in co-culture with macrophages and polarization of macrophages, then used this scaffold with WJ-MSC in Calvarial Defects of Rats to investigate the promotion of bone regeneration.
