Yun-Ting Lin

Yun-Ting Lin received the B. S. degree from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, R. O. C., in 1992 and the M. A. and Ph. D. degrees from Princeton University, Princeton, NJ, in 1996 and 1998, respectively, all in electrical engineering. From 1998 to 1999, she was a Research Scientist with Digital Video Express, L. P., where her primary research focus was on motion estimation, image registration, and digital watermark. From 1999 to 2002, she was with Philips Research USA, Briarcliff Manor, NY, where she was responsible for developing real-time visual information processing algorithms in the area of pattern recognition, object tracking, video compression, and visual surveillance. She is currently the Director of Engineering and Co-founder of ActivEye, Inc., Briarcliff Manor, NY and is responsible for technology development for video surveillance applications.
