Yuen H. Chan

Yuen Chan IBM Systems, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 USA (chany@us.ibm.com). Mr. Chan received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Union College and an M.S.E.E. degree from Syracuse University. He is a Senior Technical Staff Member at IBM working on custom circuit and SRAM design. He has over 30 years of experience on high-performance bipolar, BiCMOS, and CMOS array development. He is an IBM Master Inventor and holder of over 55 circuit patents. He has attained the 20th IBM Invention Achievement Plateau. He leads a team working on high-speed arrays for both z System and POWER processor designs.
