Yuefei Cai

Yuefei Cai received the Bachelor and Master degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 2011 and 2013, respectively, and is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong. His current research interests include the design and fabrication of GaN-based devices.
