Yuan Li

Yuan Li received the B.S. degree in electronic science and technology from the Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing, China, in 2006, and the M.S. degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 2015. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Beijing University of Technology, Beijing, China. She is currently a Visiting Scholar with Semiconductor Power Electronics Center (SPEC), The University of Texas at Austin, Austin, TX, USA. Her current research interest includes wide-bandgap devices’ characteristic and reliability.
