Yu-Chiao Chiu received the PhD degree from the Graduate Institute of Biomedical Electronics and Bioinformatics, National Taiwan University, in 2015. His research focuses on the development and application of integrated bioinformatics algorithms for comprehensively analyzing and interpreting high-throughput genomic profiles. Specifically, he has been working on modeling dynamic regulatory networks and developing prognosis predictors in acute myeloid leukemia, glioblastoma, breast cancer, and other cancers. Since he started his PhD study in 2012, he has published 16 papers in SCI journals and 9 peer-reviewed conference papers. He designed the study, derived the mathematical model, analyzed and interpreted the data, and wrote the manuscript.
