个人简介
My research interests are development of novel recombinant antibody fragments that can be useful as an affinity ligand in immuno-diagnostics as well as affinity chromatography. We have studied about phage display technologies for isolation of target-specific antibody candidates, flame-switching for improvement of antibody's stability, and site-directed immobilization for controlling orientation of antibody fragment on the solid surfaces by originally-developed materials-binding peptides.
