Yi-Yu Zhang

Y. Y. Zhang received the B.S. degree from Sichuan Normal University, Chengdu, China, in 2012. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in the School of Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China. His research interests include RAMO4 semiconductor materials and devices such as a-InGaMgO thin film photodetector.
