Yiyong Chen

Yiyong Chen is interested in research associated with "How species rapidly adapt to the changing environment, particularly with respect to invasive species in aquatic ecosystems". Generally, I utilize multi-omics technology (e.g., epi/genetics and epi/genomics) to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of rapid local adaptation in invasive species. In addition, I am also interested in investigating species diversity using the environmental DNA method.
