Yichi Su

Yichi received his B.S. degree from Peking University, with an interest in developing DNA-based molecular tools for detecting transcription factor activity. Then, he spent five years in pursuing his Ph.D. degree from UC Berkeley, working on engineering RNA-based biosensors to sense metabolites and secondary messengers. Now, following the central dogma, he is interested in engineering novel protein-based tools for studying neuroscience.
