Yaming Fan

Yaming Fan received the B.S. degree from Harbin University of Science and Technology, Harbin, China, in 2004, the M.S. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2009. He is currently a Professor with the Nanofabrication Facility, Suzhou, China, the Nano-Devices and Technologies Division, Nanchang, China, and Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics (SINANO), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Suzhou.
