Vincenzo Fiumara received the Laurea degree (cum laude ) in electrical engineering and the Ph.D. degree in applied electromagnetics from the University of Salerno, Salerno, Italy, in 1993 and 1997, respectively.,In 1993, he joined the Waves Group, University of Salerno, where he became an Assistant Professor of electromagnetics in 1999 and Associate Professor in 2005. From 1999 to 2005, he was with the Department of Information and Electrical Engineering, University of Salerno. Since 2005, he has been with the School of Engineering, University of Basilicata, Potenza, Italy.
