Chunming Victor Shi

Dr. Shi leads the supply chain research portfolio at the AMRC, he is responsible of developing the AMRC group's supply chain research strategies, ensuring research activities across various themes. Dr Shi also support delivery in high-profile national research projects such as the UKRI-funded Hydrogen Innovation Initiative (Hii Seed) and the Zero Carbon Humber Project. He is principle investigator (PI) in EPSRC DEAS Network Plus funded project in development of advanced service value proposition and identifying servitization value chain data requirements. PI in Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) and UK Food Standard Agency (FSA) funded project in simulating value creation opportunities at inspection processes using digital twins. Dr Shi has published in a number of high impact ABS 3 and 4 publications including International Journal of Operations & Production Management (IJOPM), International Journal of Production Research (IJPR), Supply Chain Management an International Journal, Production Planning & Control (PPC) and Industrial Marketing Management (IMM), Journal of Cleaner Production.
