Vibhu Jindal

Vibhu Jindal received the B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees in material science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India, in 2004. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in nanoscale engineering at the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering, University at Albany, State University of New York. He is engaged in research on development of III-Nitride epi-layers and nanostructures in polar and nonpolar growth direction for novel applications in optoelectronic devices. His current research includes investigation of the effect of interfacial strain and growth parameters on III-Nitride nanostructures.
