Kurt Varmuza

Kurt Varmuza received the degree in chemistry from the Vienna University of Technology, Austria. As one of the pioneers in chemometrics, his research activities in chemoinformatics and chemometrics involve development and applications of methods for spectra-structure relationships (MS and IR), structureproperty relationships (QSPR), and classification of materials in archaeometry and cosmo chemistry. Since 1992, he has been a Professor with the Vienna University of Technology, Austria.
