Bio
Valentina Serra has a PhD in Veterinary and Animal Sciences and currently works at the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science (DIVAS), University of Milan. Valentina does research in animal nutrition, mainly focused on monogastric and the use of botanical extracts as feed additives. Other research topics are the quality of meat and processed products and the evaluation of oxidative stress as an indicator of animal welfare.
Valentina also has expertise in molecular biology.
