Scientific interests include synthesising and studying nanostructured materials for renewable energy applications (mainly photovoltaic and thermoelectric), device design and development, sol-gel and single crystals synthesis, physical deposition, and ink deposition methods (e.g., drop-casting and spin coating). Mastered characterisation techniques include XRD, EDX, UPS/XPS, PL and Raman, 3-Omega technique for thermoelectrics, admittance spectroscopy, JV and EQE measurements.
