I enjoy partnering with doctors from different specialties, including radiology, pathology, surgery, and medical oncology. We work collaboratively to provide patients with unparalleled cancer care, with the goal of achieving the best outcomes. It is a gratifying and invaluable experience to help patients thrive years after treatment. As the medical director of NYCyberKnife at Perlmutter Cancer Center—Manhattan, I specialize in managing prostate, lung, brain, and spine cancer using CyberKnife® radiosurgery. This advanced technology can precisely target and deliver radiation, minimizing exposure to other parts of the body. We have a beautiful new facility in a convenient Manhattan location and a dedicated, experienced team that prioritizes the patient’s experience and quality of life during treatment. Every patient is unique. I develop a treatment plan in the context of the patient’s diagnosis and what is important to them. I make an effort to understand the patient’s viewpoint and tailor my treatment approach to best meet their needs. I serve as assistant professor and director of research for the Department of Radiation Oncology at NYU Long Island School of Medicine. I am proud to be able to provide patients with access to the latest clinical trials, which offer advanced treatment options. I have authored nearly 40 peer-reviewed medical publications. I am a member of the American Society for Radiation Oncology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the American Board of Radiology. I have served as the president of the American College of Radiation Oncology Resident Committee and was featured in Washingtonian’s “2020 Top Doctor” list.
