Tooraj Nikoubin received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electronic engineering from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, K. N. Toosi University of Technology, in 1991 and 1994, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computer engineering from Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran, in 2009. He joined the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, Texas Tech University, Lubbock, TX, USA, in 2012. His research interests include nanoelectronics and energy-efficient computing, VLSI circuit and systems design and optimization, computer architecture, and wearable electronics for health and assistance.
