My prolific practice, teaching, and research in India, Sub-Saharan Africa, and rural US reiterate applying community-based ecological frameworks for responsive health policies and systems. I have spearheaded grant writing, policy advocacy, and program management towards making ‘efficacious biomedical prevention tools effective among marginalized populations.’ Currently, as a professor in a Native American-serving institution, I use decolonizing teaching-learning methodologies.
