My vision for the development of excellence in applied aspects of hydrogeology stems strongly from my personal approach to learning hydrology/hydrogeology and solve water-related community problems. I am passionate about students at all levels being passionate about their studies, not as a means to get a degree but as a means to solve community problems to achieve sustainable development. I believe in developing independent scientists who are strongly committed to their careers and who can articulate hydrogeological knowledge logically and persuasively.
