Tamiki Komatsuzaki

Tamiki Komatsuzaki has been leading the construction of data-driven molecular theory on a global basis. Specifically, he developed the theory to express data-driven molecular dynamics by carving out states, state transition networks, energy landscapes and equations of single-molecules in thermally fluctuating environments from the observed data and quantifying the hierarchy of complex chemical systems (PNAS 2006, 2007, 2007, 2008, JACS 2012, PRL2013, JCP 2013, 2014).
