Takeshi Umeki

Takeshi Umeki (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in physics from Gakusyuin University, Tokyo, Japan, in 2002, and the M.S. degree in physics and the Ph.D. degree in nonlinear optics from The University of Tokyo, Tokyo, in 2004 and 2014, respectively. In 2004, he joined the NTT Photonics Laboratories, Atsugi, Japan, since then he has been involved in research on nonlinear optical devices based on periodically poled LiNbO3 waveguides. He is a member of the Japan Society of Applied Physics, Institute of Electronics, Information, and Communication Engineers, and IEEE/Photonics Society.
