Taane G. Clark received the D.Phil. degree in statistics from the University of Oxford, Oxford, U.K., in 2004. He is currently a Senior Statistician/Research Fellow at the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics, Oxford, and the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, Hinxton, U.K. He is the author of over 50 papers in biostatistics and epidemiology. His current research interests are in genetic epidemiology, in particular, the development and application of statistical and population genetic methods in large-scale genomic association and diversity studies.
